World Photography Day is tomorrow, August 19, and we're celebrating with a photo contest!

This year we're bringing you FIVE categories for contest submissions. Each one presents an opportunity to connect with other photographers, get visibility on your work, and share what you're proud of. Oh, and win prizes, of course.

From household pets to the wildest of the wild, give us your best animal shot.

What can I win?

How do I submit?

Step 1: Join the World Photography Day group on Flickr.

Step 2: Choose the photo you'd like to enter (up to five photos) and add the corresponding category tag: WPD22Nature, WPD22People, WPD22Animals, WPD22Objects, or WPD22Virtual.

Step 3: Select "add photo", choose your photo, then "add to group" and "ok" and you're done!
